　　《超自然目击者》（Paranormal Witness）是Syfy转型之后开发的另一部反映超自然现象和「鬼现象」的真人秀节目，也是Syfy未来几年内逐步放弃常规科幻节目、全面转向低成本灵异节目的开端。在该节目中，一群所谓的「超自然现象亲历者」将现身说法，描述他们经历的「不可思议事件」。根据这些人活灵活现的描述，节目组将到事件发生所在地进行调查，「真实再现」那些或奇异或恐怖的场景。本质上和Syfy的《捉鬼队》系列、《事实与谎言：超自然档案》、《真相大追击》等节目没有太大区别，但该节目采用「故事化」的手法进行拍摄，有演员参与「演出」，从下面的「剧照」中也可见一斑。
